Input
Facts: two-bedroom home, empty living room. Requested edit: show a possible sofa arrangement without changing windows or room dimensions.
Expected result
Asset brief: create a clearly disclosed virtual-staging example with a sofa; preserve windows, dimensions and visible condition. Copy may say two bedrooms, but must not invent square footage or imply the staging is currently present.
What to check: Actual property facts and staging status remain distinguishable; no unsupported feature is introduced.
Limits: An edit brief is not a delivered image. Listing and disclosure requirements must be checked for the actual platform and location.
Worked example included. This is an assistant-guided workflow; no unattended integration or vendor benchmark is claimed.
