PushContext operates as a passive memory layer that monitors decision-bearing conversations across Slack, Jira, GitHub, and Google Workspace, then surfaces relevant prior decisions at the moment a new discussion reaches the same territory. The core workflow has three modes: Push fires automatically during live Slack threads once a conversation hits a three-message maturity threshold, returning prior decisions with confidence scores in the 91–96% range and under one second; Recall answers direct queries with structured provenance rather than a ranked list of documents; and Graph builds a live model of how decisions connect, conflict, and evolve across the organization over time — detecting contradictions before they ship.

The differentiating architecture is what PushContext does not store. The vendor states that no raw messages are retained — only entity-level vector memory, with PII and secrets redacted at ingest via regex and named-entity recognition. ACL enforcement runs at both query and push time, so a decision a user cannot access in the source system does not surface for them in PushContext. This is a meaningful distinction for teams where compliance and data residency are blocking conditions for adopting any memory or search layer.
